This is how a yoga practice was used in the ancient tradition. Historically, our ancestors (even our western ancestors) adopted the view that we are not separate from the laws/cycles of nature. Therefore, (if requested) I can offer specific yoga postures, breath work, contemplative practices or styles of meditation, Ayurvedic lifestyle recommendations, and/or facilitate deeper reflections or soulful queries that may prove therapeutic to your own understanding.

Inevitably, tracking the lunar cycles can be used to set your own powerful intentions as you work with the natural cycles of the universe. I will notify you of the months NEW MOON + FULL MOON. What to expect from these lunation’s and what potential is there to manifest with your own intention(s). You may decide to privately record what transpires (just for your own insights + enlightening observations).
