Aside from being a good mama, my main focus in life is to make yoga accessible to everyBody. Any shape, size or background, tight-hamstrings and all! I specialize in teaching Gentle-styled yoga that is all-bodies inclusive with compassion and care. Each of us are uniquely designed humans, with one shared desire…to feel good in our bodies! The desire can be the same, but the approach to getting there may be different. I honor each person’s uniqueness and value your personal yoga journey.

I am a calm and centered woman. I trust myself and my intuition. I love learning and discovering more about myself, and others. How and why I and others operate the ways that they do is of immense interest to me. I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology. I live close to my heart. I live my truth. I seek honesty in everything it do. I feel most at home when I am offering my love and attention to others. My first devotion is to my daughter; to be the best mother I can be.
